Ingredients
- 4 Tbl Ghee
- 1 Tbl minced garlic
- 1 Tbl brulee’ sweet onion
- 1 Tbl Fresh chopped parsley
- 1 Cup parmesan grated
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 12 Oysters (your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In bowl mix all ingredients except Oysters and parm
- Shuck Oysters and clean them. Place 1 tsp ghee mixture on Oysters
- Cover them with a healthy layer of parm
- Place on grill in Shell, and close grill (don’t take off till cheese starts to brown)
Tips
I always serve these with French bread or baguette style bread cut on a bias. There are several gluten free options for these breads
