Start the rice first so it’s ready and fluffy when the bacon and eggs are done. I love cooking my eggs in the rendered bacon fat β€” it gives the whole meal a rich, smoky flavor. I also add about 2 tablespoons of butter to my rice while it cooks for extra flavor and creaminess. Simple comfort food at its best!
