- Prepare the rice according to the box directions. Fluff it well when done.
- Cut bacon into Β½-inch pieces and sautΓ© until crisp and golden.
- Cook eggs your favorite way β fried, scrambled, or over medium (my favorite!).
π‘ Tips
Start the rice first so itβs ready and fluffy when the bacon and eggs are done. I love cooking my eggs in the rendered bacon fat β it gives the whole meal a rich, smoky flavor. I also add about 2 tablespoons of butter to my rice while it cooks for extra flavor and creaminess. Simple comfort food at its best!
