Week 7 at Digital Growth Group LLC felt like another quiet but important strengthening of the foundation. Nothing explosive — but meaningful progress in the places that matter most right now.
One of the biggest changes this week is that the new desktop computer is officially in place. We’ve started installing all of the apps and tools currently being used across the business, along with researching and testing audio and video editing software. This setup work may not be glamorous, but it’s necessary. These systems will support podcasting, course creation, and Zoom-based teaching moving forward, and I want them done right from the start.
This week also marked a milestone I’m proud of: Book number 10 has been published.
My Fairy Recipe Journal is now live.
This title was intentionally created to replace an earlier KDP book that had a trim-size error — one I chose not to promote heavily because quality matters to me. Rather than ignore the mistake, I corrected it, rebuilt the book, and released something better. That process reflects exactly how I’m approaching this business: learn, adjust, improve, and move forward.

Every book I publish represents growth — not just creatively, but professionally.
Another important step this week was purchasing and installing a new printer. I’ll be using it to print course layouts, teaching notes, and Zoom meeting highlights as I begin practice runs for the next phase of this business. Having physical materials helps me think more clearly and structure lessons more effectively — something I’ve learned through years of managing and teaching in other environments.
With the new microphone and camera already set up, the focus now turns to repetition and confidence. Practicing recordings. Practicing teaching. Practicing speaking with clarity. These are skills built through consistency, not perfection, and I’m committed to putting in those reps.
I want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who reads these weekly recaps, follows the journey, listens to the podcast, or supports the work in any way. Progress may feel slow at times, but it is steady — and it’s happening because people are choosing to walk alongside this process.
With Christmas now behind us, I’m especially grateful for how far things have come in a short amount of time. None of this would be possible without God’s provision and timing. The approval of disability benefits allowed me to invest in tools that move this business into a true teaching phase — not for comfort, but for capability and structure.
The long-term vision continues to sharpen. I’m building toward teaching what I call the four pillars of business — foundations I am actively using myself while also learning how to use them better every day. My goal isn’t to position myself as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone willing to grow openly alongside others.
I hope to coach people toward independence — independence from working for someone else, independence to earn income from home, and independence through understanding the importance of separating business from personal life. That separation is especially critical for those of us on disability. When done correctly, it brings clarity, freedom, and the ability to build something meaningful without fear.
Week 7 reminds me that progress doesn’t have to be loud to be real. Slow growth, done with intention, builds something that lasts.
